My Town Homes is affordable townhouse style apartments, for very low to low income household families. It consists of 21 duplex unit stacked (11-3 bedroom three bathroom townhouses, over 1300 square feet each and 10-four bedroom three bathroom townhouses, over 1400 square feet each), which gives total of 4-story residential structure with one level gated, covered, remote accessible underground parking structure for 21 automobiles. Vehicular access to the underground parking is from the alley that can be accessed from West 120th Street, which makes ingress and egress of automobiles much easier. Residents and their guests can have pedestrian access from Figueroa Street. The residential units are designed around a courtyard in order to bring an open, quiet and secure entrance to the first level of duplexes. One elevator and stairwell provide access to the main building and upper floors of housing, including the underground parking level. The Figueroa Street side of the development has a secure entrance to the lobby utilizing telephone entry/intercom security system that lead to the central courtyard and entrance of the duplex.
